• 40​ % of the package cost must be deposited as an advance in company account to confirm the booking.

Cancelation and Payment Policy

• Before 45 Days of Commencement = No Cancellation Charges.
• Before 30 – 44 Days = 25% Cancellation Charges of Total Amount.
• Before 15 – 29 Days of Commencement = 50% Cancellation Charges of Total Amount.
• Before 08 – 14 Days of Commencement = 75% Cancellation Charges of Total Amount.
• Less than 08 Days of Commencement = NO REFUND

Usual Hotel Check-in time is 12.00 hrs & / Check-out time 12.00 Noon.
Houseboat Check-in time is 12.00 hrs. & Check-out time is 09.00 hrs.
In A/C Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operated from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Day time is requirement will be charged extra.

Premium / Luxury houseboats full time A/C in the bedroom
The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only & it may vary if there is any sudden hike in Govt tax and policy changes.
There will be a hike of minimum 20% between 15 December 2010 to 15th January 2011 on all packages.
There will be a hike of minimum 10% in some of the hotels during the festival seasons.
Xmas and New Year supplement charges would be charged additional on actual.

• Once we receive these details on normal working days we will give confirmation from our end in 1 day time.
• Once you get confirmation from us you can deposit 50% of the total cost as advance to our account.
• On receipt of the advance amount we will be sending receipt by mail and the hard copy of the vouchers will send to you on receipt of the balance payment.
• The advance amount can be paid through a bank transfer or cash deposit. The balance payment will be accepted only as bank transfer a week prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation within 90 Days prior to the arrival date: No Cancellation charge.
• Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date: 50 % Cancellation charge of the total package cost will be refunded
• Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date: 25 % Cancellation charge of the total package cost will be refunded
• Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date: 100 % Cancellation charge of the total package cost. (No refund)
